Her Late Night Thoughts

That night he told her, about his anxiety, late night thoughts, what's bothering his mind.

She still tries to hide her disappointment behind her smile, that bitter smile. If only he willing to see deeper, her eyes speak the truth, her eyes screams the pain.

When he asked her, what things that I do that might disappoint you, she doesn't know. She couldn't think of anything. But later on that night, when he finally told her that some of his friends think that he likes her just because she shares the same name as his unforgettable ex lover, that moment her heart break into pieces. She almost couldn't hold the tears from falling.

But then again, that's what typical strong girl will do. She acted as she was just fine. Like nothing really matter when she actually felt like something stab her right on her cheese. Or more like someone pulling her heart out and throw it to the ground.

Yes, that's what typical strong girl will do. She will put her loved ones over hers. She always thinks that its better to sacrifice herself instead of let them bleed to dry. Or more like giving away her happiness just to see them smile.

But don't forget that she's only typical human being. That able to feel the pain. Without anyone know, she just the same as anybody who can cry on her pillow before bed, smokes her cigarette when she gets too much pressure, drinks coffee to help her self function well after sleepless night.

Remember, she's just an ordinary creature with a good shattered heart. She will stick around to the people she loves no matter what they did, no matter what kind of pain she needs to get through. She will stick around. Until they ask her to leave when they doesn't need her anymore.

She will stay, because she knows how does it feels to feel alone when you needed someone. She understand the feeling of being the only one left out.

So she promise to never let all the people she loves to ever experience the same way as she did.
